Building materials category · China to Cuba
PVC pipes and fittings are a building-materials line for plumbing wholesalers and irrigation suppliers. Diameter, pressure class and length are agreed per order.
Category description
We supply PVC-U water pipes and fittings from Zhejiang and Guangdong extruders for plumbing wholesalers, irrigation suppliers and building contractors. Pressure class and outside diameter decide the shipment entirely — a DN110 PN16 pipe weighs three times what a DN50 pipe does, so the loading plan and the freight rate both follow from the specification. We agree the pressure class, the wall thickness and the standard length on the contract, verify a pressure sample on the production run, and check the wall thickness and the socket dimensions at inspection before stuffing.
Every shipment is quoted against a confirmed specification, packed to the format agreed for your channel, and documented so the Cuban side can clear it without guesswork.
Technical specification
Reference values for PVC Pipes & Fittings shipments on the China-to-Cuba route. Final limits are written into the purchase contract for each order.
Shipment handling
Six-metre lengths are bundled with strapping and end caps; fittings are packed in cartons. Bundles are labelled with diameter, pressure class, batch and piece count.
Piece, bundle, or FCL 20ft / 40ft. We quote by the length or by the bundle.
Loaded by confirmed weight: a 20ft container carries roughly 12–15 MT, which is around 2,000–2,500 six-metre DN110 pipes.
Wall thickness and outside diameter measurement on the sample, pressure test on the sampled lengths, socket dimension check on the fittings, and batch marking verification.
Certificate of origin and the manufacturer test report for the pressure class. The diameter, pressure class and length on the licence must match the contract and the packing list.
Clearance pack
Our Cuban team checks the licence description against the contract before loading, so the paperwork on arrival matches what the licence says.
