Cross-Border Payment Facilitation (Compliant)

What we do, what we do not do, and what conditions apply.

Compliant third-country payment arrangements for Cuba-bound cargo. No sanctions evasion, no informal exchange.

Compliance notice

Cuba is not connected to the SWIFT banking system. CoExpys arranges payment through compliant third-country channels only. We do not evade sanctions, hold funds on behalf of third parties, or operate informal currency exchange. Every payment route must be confirmed in writing before booking.

What we do

As payment coordination partner, CoExpys helps structure the payment leg of your transaction through documented, compliant third-country arrangements, and coordinates the paperwork needed to satisfy both the Chinese exporter and the Cuban-side importer.
